I'm hanging on to every day. Too much coming up that I'm not ready for. Not that my level of readiness ever seems sufficient for my life these days.

Yeah, I hear you. I constantly feel like I'm holding on by the skin of my teeth. Don't know when that will pass.

Yes. Eventually I will be dead, and the feeling will fade. =P

I suspect that my work life will remain this way until I choose a different line of work, however. The rest of my life is and remains okay, perhaps more than okay.
