I had a particularly aggravating phone conversation last night and once I calmed down some, playing Halo with Massage Guy really helped me take out my aggression. (Killing Covenant goons and Flood mutants really helps take out my aggression. Trying to drive a Warthog, however, only makes me more aggravated.)

See, I hear ya. Certain video game tasks are frustrating; playing Morrowind and trying to kill a bonewalker for 20 minutes is frustrating.

I have a better success rate with the batting cage, usually. ;)
