I've hit the wall
Why is it that by 3pm on a work day, I've hit a wall of alertness that cannot be surmounted by caffeine, sugar, or raucous music? I think I should lobby HR for a 6 hour work day. No wait, then I'd have to be here 7 days a week. We simply cannot have that. They should just pay me to stay home and goof off, that's the best case scenario.
On Friday evening the girl and I watched The Guru, which wasn't half bad. It was kind of sweet, but just when it might get too sweet something twisted happened. It was predictable, but there were song and dance numbers. All in all I give it a thumbs up.
