interesting...

in the process of stretching/reaching for something, my hip went
*ka-chunk*. actually, it wasn't so much a *ka-chunk* as a *riich-ich-ich*. it remains to be seen whether this is good or bad. hmmm.

i could not bring myself to watch er tonight. [livejournal.com profile] wafflelips is watching designer's challenge 'cause she's a ho for the home improvement.

Reminds me of last week when I sat down kinda funny and heard a small rip. I thought, "Ah well, a few stitches. No biggie." Walked over to the gym, took off the pants, and lo and behold a ginormous rip across the ass exposing my undies. Woops!

Anyway... hope your hip is OK. Mine make loud popping noises to no apparant ill effects.

I think the hip thing was a good pop. I've been doing a lot more yoga lately which seems to have loosened up the muscles enough for popping etc.

Oh oh! I'm a ho for home improvement too! While You Were Out is on tonight! Yay!

I love that show, too! I haven't been watching as much since Teresa left. I loved her sarcasm and miss her terribly. I like Designers Challenge and Divine Design on HGTV. I also like watching the home improvement shows on BBC America. There's Changing Rooms and another one that I can't remember the name of. I also like Ground Force.

Yep, I'm a home improvement show ho.

House Invaders, that's the other one you like.

I love Design on a Dime; it amazes me the things those three can do with no money. Summer can get her shop on and do wonderful things with fabric, while Charles never ceases to amaze us with his ability to pull things out of his butt. "I've taken some string and a few bottle caps and made this beautiful chandelier." He is the McGuyver of interior design. I lurve Charles!

I used to watch WYWO religiously. Then I realized that I was actually staring at Teresa the whole time and not really watching the show. Couldn't remember any of the rooms, didn't know nothin' 'bout the designers. It was All. About. Teresa. She's dreamy. My imaginary tv girlfriend. *sigh*

Now, what I need to do is tape old episodes of WYWO and back them up with Daily Show (hosted by my imaginary tv boyfriend). Then I can have a veritable love fest of cutie snarking goodness. *squee*

Is Designer's Challenge the one where 3 designers compete for the redesign of someone's room? If so, then we were intrigued by one episode where one of the designers was like this 70 year old woman dressing like a 40 year old with full Dynasty make-up and her designs were straight out of the 80s.

On While You Were Out, Evan's not doing too badly. I mean, he doesn't make comments about the sexiness of Andrew, but he makes up for it in his own carpentry and helping out skills. Teresa was a little useless at times. But I love Lesley. And I really want Steven Bruce to design my house. Oh and hte Designer Guys are cool too.

But-- but-- but--

E.R. was actually good last night! You may have missed the only good episode of the season!

Hope your hip's okay.

So I have been told. Grrrr! Why do they slip in decent episodes among the crowd of suck? Why? WHY??!??

I'll thank you now. That was, in fact, some decent ER.

Too bad our DVD player was on strike...
