It is very difficult to resist chocolate when one is having one's period. I'm just saying. I know chocolate has an interesting mixture of neuroactive chemicals but I'm curious if anyone's really figured out what causes chocolate craving. I feel a literature search coming on.

I am strangely excited by the prospect of learning how to crochet. I have been coveting [livejournal.com profile] bobamster's scarf, so she's coming by tonight to teach me to make one. My mom and aunts used to crochet; does this mean I'm becoming more like them? It isn't necessarily a bad thing, although it does give me pause. Hmm.

Or maybe I'm just cold and want a snuggly scarf. I'll bet that's it.

When one is doing yoga, is it normal to hear screaming in one's head? Didn't think so. Wonder what causes that? I don't imagine there's a literature search for that.

I get to leave early. Yay! I figure that's my reward for having not killed anyone this week. It's a bigger accomplishment than you'd expect. Really.

You need scarves in California? Do you need mitts and snowpants too?

I bet you just want to make a scarf because you miss your snowy homeland.

Hey now, it gets chilly on the train platform at night. And yes, I do wear gloves. A scarf would be even better.

Um, and you've seen where I live. Do you think I miss the snowy hinterlands? Nope, didn't think so. ;)
