The L Word is the best all-lesbian soap opera ever! One or two reasonable characters, including one who's funnier than I anticipated. The actress playing the confused straight girl is very good. And hey, her character wore a t-shirt I had when I was a kid!

hey, didya happen to tape the L Word?? because 1. i do not get showtime, 2. my grandma (where i was at last night) does not get showtime, 3. even if i DID get showtime, i have two other shows that i watch at the exact same time.

so maybe you could tape the show for me pretty please...and then we can all get together and watch it. i think this is a smashing idea.

btw, i'm home now thanks to wafflelips who oh so nicely made two trips to the airport to pick me up (she got me the second time..the first time i was still in the air). :)

We did in fact tape it. There is some good, some cheesy, some downright lame. But then there is Jennifer Beals having sex with another woman, so I was like "whuh?" at the end. Erased all the negatives, it did.

yes. i was a tiny itsy bit panicky that i couldn't get in touch with her to warn about the delay, but it all worked out in the end. *grin* and i got to see the boppy...which is just beyond amusing.
