quesarahReally. For all the hooderah about it, it really doesn't do much for me. It just makes me feel sluggish and thick. I did manage to get a little bit of sleep this afternoon, which was necessary. I feel a bit better; hopefully there will be more sleep tonight and more feeling better tomorrow. I'm bored with my couch.
