Ouch. I hate when that happens. I generally throw one of the herbal packs in the microwave and make it do double duty to warm the feet and take care of the cramps. Plus a glass of wine might help! Take care sweetie.

I know, it's out all week, then this! It was sprinkling so I had to go put my car in the garage. It was too cold to ride around anyway. Did you go surfing this morning? Brrrr!
