Don't know why; I bumped into the guy who's been tapped to be the Chief Scientific Officer the other day, and he seemed excited to hear of my interest. I guess I just want to know what's up. I feel very unsettled by everything.
I talked to my sister last week and mentioned the offer. She got so excited by the possibility of us being back on the east coast. On one hand, yay! On the other hand, huh? My fucked-up dysfunctional family wants me closer to them. This is good?
