Why would ANYONE need such a thing? Or even want one? It would be like bringing a missle launcher to a duck-hunt.

My thoughts exactly. But you know, "they're so perfect for taking the kids to and from soccer practice, plus there's plenty of room for groceries, and look it has this handy mount for your standard grenade launcher which is just critical for getting in and out of parking lots."

I was once in a Hummer... someone gave me a ride home from Bouron St. to my house. Damn thing sounds like a bus when you start it up! Talk about overkill...

Did you know that in the middle east you can get gunmounts on your sub-urban as a factory option? It may be just a rumor, but *shudder*.

My real complaint about the Hummer is the lack of weapon mounts and run-flat tires found in the military model. What good is a Hummer without the option of a TOW II missile.

My personal desire in an automobile is the Gage-Cadillac V100, preferrably with the optional water cannon. It comes with some nice body armor, a heavy suspension, gun ports, passenger room for a whole platoon, and a fine history of suppressing godless commies, malcontents, and upstarts. Why pussy-foot around with the Humvee? Or a fancy dump truck?

There's something wrong with that? I always thought the one-shot roasted duck was such a good idea that everyone would try it.

Yeah, but the shot makes it all shredded and nasty.

Well, I need to refine that. And find a way to diminish the white phosphorus flavor a bit.

You know, I heard that white phosphorous flavor was really popular in some cuisines.
