I just had to break some bad news to wafflelips: I love her and all, but I want to have PJ Harvey's babies. As you may have guessed, I just got back from the concert. It was everything a rock concert should be: tight, raw, expressive, explosive, and with all the raw slithering power of an anaconda with its belly wrapped tight around your throat. By my count, she played songs from every album; she wasn't afraid to switch it up with a tune like The Darker Days of Me and Him and she kept the audience spellbound the entire time.

::sigh:: Off to drink tea and try to keep my voice intact for tomorrow's rehearsal. i may be a tiny bit hoarse. oops! Then on Monday I think I'll work on that whole parthenogenesis thing, and give Polly a ring about setting up a time for the IVF. I'm sure she'll be perfectly willing to impregnate me. ^-^

yep, as long as i'm not involved in the child-carrying or child-rearing, it's all okay. ;-)

well you've been absolved of any child-carrying...but i'm not sure what will happen once PJ and Sarah's love children are born. someone, i imagine, will need to raise them. but, check, as long as it's not you, you're totally ok.

yep. and i imagine that polly will want to raise the baby. cuz it'd be better that i not raise a child, since i find my cats to be taxing sometimes. ;-)
