This is so unfair

I have a cold. In the summer. In the same week that I bought a surfboard. My body doesn't seem to understand that if I was going to call in sick this week, it was going to be for a surfing-related illness.

Baaaah. :P Your body also seems to have vetoed chorus rehearsals, too. Well, maybe you will recover so you can test the board on Sunday. Y'know, test it for holes or something.

Ah, I think I'll be fine on Sunday. I went outside and took a nap in the sun and I already feel better.

Saturday I'll wax up the board and Sunday we'll take her out for a test drive. :)
