This is so unfair

I have a cold. In the summer. In the same week that I bought a surfboard. My body doesn't seem to understand that if I was going to call in sick this week, it was going to be for a surfing-related illness.

Oh that bit is completely all right, in fact it's beneficial. It's the work stress, deadlines, looking for apartments and not taking enough time for myself to exercise, meditate, etc that's the problem.

I will be breaking in the 'board on Sunday. Period.
