Yes, C read it and placed it inside the container. She couldn't remember what you're supposed to do when you hang it in the door, though. Her mom just said "look online honey, you'll find it." lol.
As far as I'm concerned, all you need to move in the house is a good cleaning, a Shinto blessing, and an assload of salt for the priest to toss around for good measure. That's the way my grandmammy and grandpappy did it, and it's good enough for me. (Well, that's what they did on my mother's side. Dad was from redneck stock. So far as they knew, they kilt a chikkin' and porked their cousins to make a place feel like home.)
