A few thoughts about last night's episode.

Wesley: "I am Wesley of the One Expression. One day I hope to be as adept at brooding as my mentor Angel. Then I shall be spun off into yet another moody atmospheric show, perhaps set in London. Except Tony Head is already there. Oh well, I hear there's an opening in Cleveland."

Angel: "I'm busy...I'm... brooding." Two words: "guf" and "faw." And why did we not see the famed Angel Geek Dance at the party? I'm so disappointed.

Lorne: make him a recurring character again, 'cause he was charming and fun as The Host. Now, he's really annoying. He's also deadweight.

Fred did not suck. Yay! There should have been more Gunn. There should have been no Spike.

Eve had sex under mystical influences while she was a student at UC Santa Cruz. Heh. Nice way of saying "I used to screw wicca chicks. Please introduce me to Willow. Maybe then I wouldn't seem so terribly miscast."

Harmony: why is it acceptable to have a run of the mill soulless vampire on staff? They used to have vampire-detection shamans as part of their security. Apparently no one thinks Harmony can actually remember she's evil long enough to eat any of the other staff.

...the only dancing he was doing was of the doggy-style kind.

And it wasn't nearly as entertaining as the Geek Dance.
