Not 'cause I'm super sick, although I do feel crunchy. But because I have a stack of things that need to be done, but cannot be completed until some outside force or person gets their act together to give me something. So I am twiddling my thumbs.

I really hate twiddling my thumbs at work; as in, hate with the fire of a thousand suns. Bloody motherfucking hell.

stupid work people not doing their stuff so you can't do yours. that's the worst. if you choose to not be overly productive and goof off that's one thing, but there's nothing like actually wanting to get work done and not being able to because some dingbat didn't get their part finished. i feel your pain.

maybe instead of twiddling your thumbs you could do an interpretive dance. it might be something different and new.

I'll coordinate with the missus and we'll hang out. She's pretty busy with studying; the GRE is Saturday the 15th. But I'm sure we can get together for ... I don't know... Jimmy Carter's maybe? ;)
