Does anyone know how to make a mood theme?

if i knew what a mood theme was i might be able to tell if i knew how to make one.

but i doubt that i know how to make one since i don't know what one is

I decided to be logical and look in the FAQ. Lo and behold, instructions! (http://www.livejournal.com/doc/html/moodicons.html)

The voice over went well. It took an hour, give or take, and was pretty fun. :)
