random, but ordered

1. I ran on the beach after work yesterday. It was heavenly. I realized that I've missed the ocean; I'm really looking forward to the surf clinic this weekend.
2. (unrelated to item 1) I need a massage. My back and shoulders have been very unhappy since the move.
3. I also really need to start my period NOW, thankyouverymuch. It's not even 9 am and I've been on the verge of committing homicide three times already.
4. Debating making some changes to the flist, as the pattern of people reading/commenting on this journal seems to have changed drastically over the last year or so. I tell myself that it isn't because I've suddenly become boring (I hope!) but that my flist is now comprised of a high percentage of people I know IRL  -- and have known for a great many years -- so what I write about tends to be more personal and less fannish/musical/scientific. I haven't made a decision yet. Just letting you all know.
