WASHINGTON -- President George W. Bush tried to bolster Iraq war support Thursday by comparing Islamic radicals to the Nazi foe in World War II and saying defeat in Iraq would imperil "the security of the civilized world."

the thing that imperils the security of the civilised world more than anything in george walker bush...
although, to be fare, many of these radical "islamic" groups dont need any excuse to hit western targets.
after all, many attacks have been blamed on the wars in afghanistan and iraq - ok, so just remind me again - why was afghanistan invaded??
