I'm working on my Dexter mood theme. I never realized how biased that character is toward anger and geekiness. I'm trying to balance him out with icons of his family, but there's a lot of searching to be done. But it's fun. Hee!
At the rehearsal after Halloween, one of the second altos brought over a mini candy bar with a picture of Dex on the wrapper. "Hey," she said. "It's you!"
darn i got beaten to the punch. it's "looking through the eyes of love," the theme from ice castles. i played it on piano a billion years ago when i was still taking lessons. ah the cheese of it all.
do i still get a cookie even though i came in second?
Settle down, Sparky. I have plenty of cookies that I've squirreled away from wafflelips. Oatmeal raisin? Chocolate chip? White chocolate chip macademia nut?
ok i've calmed, i've re-read and realize that you were, in fact, likely offering me, not wafflelips that cookie. i blame the jumping to conclusions and being testy to the fact that i hadn't eaten lunch yet. but i have no and am much calmer and my reading compression level has come back up to its normal capacity. yay for cookies. i would like an oatmeal raisin pretty please. :) thank you muchly.
