two days before christmas break and i'm sick as a dog...

On the bright side, I'm less sick than I was yesterday. I think I can pull off a half day of work, then come home to snuggle on the couch with kitties. They have been doing their best to infuse me with Feline Healing Energy and I'm sure they could use the morning off work.

Okay not exactly the most uplifting cat story, but still, must share: Saw a documentary once about cats, particularly ones at an old folks hospital. There was one cat, black, that had nothing to do with the residents. No interest in them one bit.

Unless.

The cat would snuggle with certain patients basically on the eve of their death. I'd like to think he was there to help their transition.

However, if I was that patient, I'd be all WTF GET OUT!!!!!
