I received an email this morning from the Sales Department. Apparently, team members will be sharing their success stories at the Global Sales Meeting next week. Since I was "instrumental in helping close these sales ... they would like share the role you played in their success." They'll take my picture tomorrow afternoon and flash it up on the screen during the meeting.

Wow. This is so awesome. Beats a bonus, a raise, or a promotion by a loooong shot.

So I take it your picture is flying to Florida while you shiver in S. California. Oh that's right I'm shivering in Ohio. To the point, add this to the resume. If they won't pay you, someone will.

*giggle* I wasn't jealous over the weather, just the fact that they'd be in a resort while I was at work. That's all. I'm not so spoiled that I forget how lovely the winters are in SoCal.

Yeah, adding to the resume. And beginning to aggressively look. There are changes happening that I do not believe in, and which I think will be detrimental to the advancement of my career.
