Well isn't this a pat on the head

I received an email this morning from the Sales Department. Apparently, team members will be sharing their success stories at the Global Sales Meeting next week. Since I was "instrumental in helping close these sales ... they would like share the role you played in their success." They'll take my picture tomorrow afternoon and flash it up on the screen during the meeting.

Wow. This is so awesome. Beats a bonus, a raise, or a promotion by a loooong shot.

I know. I could tell by your "mood" and the fact that it doesn't beat a bonus or promotion unless you have a billion dollars and don't care about money and are just doing the job for the fame and glory.

Hey, I rock even more because I got a keychain for all of my hard work on a big project. A keychain. So yay! I rock too!

Wow. Maybe someday after I get my photo taken, I can get a keychain. But what on earth would I have to do to deserve such an honor?
