Furry German is working on my review--he came to doublecheck my hire date, etc. He also wanted to doublecheck what level I was hired at. It's good that he's reviewing me instead of the new boss, since he actually knows my performance. I also wonder if it suggests that he's trying to get me a raise/promotion. *crossing fingers*
