1. I'm having a fairly shit week. Thought you'd all want to know.

2. Whitney Houston entered drug rehab; it's about damned time. I'm not a huge fan of hers, but I think it's a shame her talent has been subsumed by her drug habit for so long.

3. Some group called Students for Academic Freedom is pushing to get a "student bill of rights" passed through state legislatures in Colorado, Texas, and Missouri. The goal is to "promote intellectual diversity" in "college campuses [...] increasingly dominated by a liberal ideology."

Someone needs to be bitch slapped.

4. Panda porn! Hua Mei, the 4 year old panda cub born at the San Diego Zoo, is back in China with the goal of being bred. She's being shown videos of other pandas mating to prepare her for "blind dates" with males.

5. Boobies! Boobies boobies boobies!

6. UPS is staffed entirely by mouth-breathing morons.

Can she remember to leave a note on the door if you're not at home when she tries to deliver? If so, I'm requesting her for all my UPS delivery needs. The crackmonkeys who deliver for us can barely remember to tie their own shoes, let alone notify us when they have a package to deliver. This is our third and final delivery attempt and your first fucking note. I don't think so, sue.

I just have UPS deliver to work where I have peons to sign for things. That is, unless they're personal things that might come in questionable packaging, in which case I have to deal with home. UPS is not all that good with the notes, you are SOOOO right! I have to love our mailman, though - he comes and plays with the dogs when they're out - so I try to have things sent by mail, 'cause at least this guy's dependable!
