Better days?

This morning is decent, so far. I bought a maple dip -- I haven't had one in several months -- and oh, it was good! The cashier was nice; I said "have a nice day" and she genuinely replied "thanks, you too." Plus, I called Cingular and got a real answer as to why my order is taking so long. I'm trying to port my old # from one company to Cingular, and it's the other company that's not moving forward with the port. They put in a work ticket for IT to get the port taken care of, said that it will take 24-72 business hours, and informed me of the ticket number. Customer service! Halle-fricken-lujah!

Then clearly I need to take up surfing, at which point I will become mellow and unjaded again.

You know, you're right. I'm going to start saying this to everyone who thanks me. In the grocery store, at the mall, at work; think of all the good we could do if we just start saying those 9 little words. Let's hold hands.

Your hand is clammy. You need to get out in that sun more often. I agree, take up surfing. Just watch out for the death in liquid form. And by that, I mean the ocean. *shudder* ;)

If you start saying those 9 little words to everyone, I'm sure you'll get genuine reactions. Try it out! It works extremely well when you say it to a mother shopping with her young daughter. Or an older man shopping with his elderly mother. Those are the best reactions. Nothing like spreading some love...
