FTD.com just called to inform me that the flower arrangement I purchased was never delivered to
geli_tripping's dad's funeral. The florist just... forgot... or something.
They've apologized profusely, will be sending a formal letter of apology to the family, are sending a larger arrangement to her house, and are refunding me 25% of my purchase price. Of course, I've tried to be as understanding as possible. We're all human, mistakes happen.
But wow, just about the worst time for such an accident to happen. Just, not cool.
